Ganja Kasturi by PRIN is a deeply atmospheric and artistic fragrance that captures the essence of 1960s counterculture with a refined, almost cinematic realism. It opens with a dense, green aldehydic burst — herbal, camphorous, and slightly medicinal — layered with candied incense, green frankincense, and a surprising spiced earthiness from coriander, cumin, and allspice. The central cannabis accord is remarkably authentic, evoking not just the smoked leaf but the sensory world around it: sweat, skin, dry grass, hay, and the faint musk of deer (kasturi). Over time, the fragrance settles into a powdery, animalic musk base, compelling and intimate, where civet, natural musk, oakmoss, and tobacco weave together into a layered, almost intoxicated complexity. While some perceive it as a head shop aesthetic — a nod to the scent of stores selling smoking paraphernalia — it is less an olfactory replication of cannabis smoke and more a poetic interpretation of human presence, memory, and environment. The scent evolves with quiet intensity, lasting far beyond average perfumes, and projects moderately to strongly, best worn in cooler weather.
