Ça Boum is a salty, creamy vanilla fragrance centered around white florals and immortelle, evoking a sun-drenched beach with its cool saltiness, luminous lily notes, and subtle toasty vanilla base. While the overall form is soft and floral, the salt and immortelle give it an unexpected edge that separates it from typical gourmands. The scent opens with a lightly metallic saltiness that blends with blooming jasmine and rose, forming a radiant yet earthy core before fading into a vanilla-sweet heart layered with root-like immortelle. The composition feels both fresh and slightly abstract, with some users detecting a faint gasoline or medicinal note—less common in typical vanilla perfumes. Longevity is moderate, with a noticeable fade after three to four hours, and sillage is generally moderate, making it suitable for day wear. Some find the floral heart less pronounced than expected, while others experience it as deeply immersive, especially in warmer conditions. The scent is unisex in character but leans feminine due to its soft, vanillic sweetness. It strongly resembles Paco Rabanne Olympea in spirit, but feels smoother and more integrated, with a greater emphasis on salt and immortelle for depth.
