Contessa is a bold, spicy-sweet fragrance with a dynamic evolution that begins with a sharp, peppery-anise opening, evoking a warm, aromatic density. Over time, it mellows into a deeply comforting, ambery-velvety base where tonka bean, vanilla, and ylang-ylang create a soft, floral-sweet warmth—reminiscent of golden spice, baked cherry, and a subtle waxy powder. The sillage is moderate to strong, and longevity is very good, easily lasting 8 hours or more on skin. It leans heavily toward a feminine profile, with a rich, radiant character reminiscent of Xerjoff 1888 but more linear and less complex in its progression. Its most distinctive moments are the initial spicy fury and the deep, long-lasting vanilla-amber finish.
