Furyo is a bold, animalic powerhouse with a strong presence that feels unapologetically masculine and confrontational. It opens with a rich, aromatic blend of bergamot, lavender, juniper, and fig leaf, leading into a dense, musky base with prominent castoreum, civet, and patchouli. The scent is intense, linear, and deeply evocative—comparable to vintage Kouros or Lapidus Pour Homme—but it ultimately settles into a smooth, warm dry-down with powdery, figgy, and resinous notes. The projection is substantial and long-lasting, with a distinctly heavy sillage that lingers well beyond the first hour. While some modern versions may feel slightly diluted compared to the vintage formulations, the fragrance remains a cult favorite among collectors of classic, masculine perfumes.
